Yesterday's Be Nice Party was great! Thanks for everyone coming out and supporting the event! I will be working tonight (thursday the 13th) from 4-9 pm, friday 9/14, and saturday 9/15. I have made some additions to the cocktail menu which have been going over very well. (They've also been going very well at Orbit Room when I run them as specials!). You have to come by Catalyst and try them out. The top seller, and my personal favorite, is the Black Dahlia. This is a vodka based drink with fresh Blackberries, fruit and herbal infusions. Also delicious is the Sangre Amado, which tastes great with vodka or gin, and has fresh grapefruit juice. If you are a fan of the mojito, you have to try The Macarena. This tropical drink features mint, mango, rum, and coconut flavors.
