(They've also been going very well at Orbit Room when I run them as specials!). You have to come by Catalyst and try them out. The top seller, and my personal favorite, is the Black Dahlia. This is a vodka based drink with fresh Blackberries, fruit and herbal infusions. Also delicious is the Sangre Amado, which tastes great with vodka or gin, and has fresh grapefruit juice. If you are a fan of the mojito, you have to try The Macarena. I've been listening to samples of their music at their website, and I'm really impressed. Amy's vocal stylings remind me of Rickie Lee Jones and Dianne Schuur, and they perform timeless classics from the realms of jazz, bossa nova, swing and blues. <br/> <br/>At 8:30, DJ Tomas Diablo will continue the vibe by spinning jazz, swing, bossa nova, and lounge... and eventually transition into new wave, electro, and rock. Expect to hear artists like Jobim, Gilberto, Ella, Louis, Sinatra, Ray Charles, Count Basie and Duke Ellington.
